serverStatus no longer includes any 'workingSet' info

      As of MongoDB 3.0 there is no longer an option to query the 'workingSet'. The online documentation should clarify this statement:

      workingSet
      New in version 2.4.

      Alt. remove it from 'current' manual (maybe include it and say it was removed in 3.0?)
