Document Windows dependencies

      Windows 7 64-bit

      Trying to get a portable installation of MongoDB 3 for Windows, instead of the .MSI installer, I downloaded the latest ZIP from https://www.mongodb.org/dl/win32/x86_64-2008plus-ssl.

      When launching any executables, however, I get

mongod.exe - System Error
---------------------------
The program can't start because MSVCP120.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

      It would help to list any required dependencies at http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/tutorial/install-mongodb-on-windows/
