The .NET driver launched a github pages-based documentation site at http://mongodb.github.io/mongo-csharp-driver. We've ported all the tutorial/installation/etc... related content already.

As such, the http://docs.mongodb.org/ecosystem/drivers/csharp/ landing page needs to be simplified and link over to the new site. See DOCS-5058 for how and what was done for the Java driver.
