Degeneracy of geometry relationship with polygon

      Reported in SERVER-17851 and SERVER-13599, we don't guarantee any of the following properties for a polygon, even though they are almost true in practice, since degenerate usually occur only in testing and are very rare in reality.

      • A polygon must contain its vertex. SERVER-13599
      • A polygon must intersect with its edge. SERVER-17851
      • A polygon must intersect with the polygon that shares a common vertex or edge. SERVER-13599

      The reason is explained the SERVER-13599.
