Ability to select custom setParameter & update options for 3.0

      Per https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/MMSP-6576:
      "Previously, users could only select from a list of default setParameter options. After this feature is implemented they will have the ability to select "Custom setParameter" (or "Arbitrary setParameter") and enter both a name and value."

      This applies under the Advanced Options menu. Set Parameter -> Other -> fill it in!

      Question: Any changes to the itemized setParameters that we currently support? (https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/MMSP-6577)
