    Description

jalpa.trivedi had some removal trouble in SERVER-15864 and we should list package removal steps on all of the package pages, community and enterprise -

For Redhat and Amazon Linux - "sudo yum remove mongodb-org-" or "sudo yum remove mongodb-enterprise-"

For Ubuntu and Debian - "sudo apt-get remove mongodb-org-" or "sudo apt-get remove mongodb-enterprise-".

For Ubuntu and Debian there's an additional "purge" command that will delete configuration files -
      "sudo apt-get purge mongodb-org-" or "sudo apt-get purge mongodb-enterprise-".

For SUSE - "zypper remove mongodb-org*" or "zypper remove mongodb-enterprise*"
