Add page for converting a replica set to a sharded cluster in MMS/Ops Manager

      In the MongoDB Manual we have a tutorial page that covers converting a replica set to a sharded cluster.

      We don't seem to have equivalent instructions in the MMS or Ops Manager documentation. We should add documentation that covers converting a single replica set to a sharded cluster, for each of Monitoring, Backup and Automation.
