Add SELinux Warning to Production Notes

      There are a bunch of SELinux SERVER tickets but I think the bottom line is that we don't support default enforcing SELinux configurations.

      We explain some workarounds in http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/tutorial/install-mongodb-on-red-hat/#run-mongodb and theres seems to be an in progress issue due to different defaults in RHEL7 in the form of DOCS-4170

      Linking some of this information from the production notes is probably the best route.
