GET /api/public/v1.0/groups/GROUP-ID/xxx/alertConfigs/ALERT-CONFIG-ID
There should be no "xxx" here. The only variables here are GROUP-ID and ALERT-CONFIG-ID. Check it versus the examples at the bottom. All these urls have extraneous "xxx" in them.
