    Description

Two issues in relation to the existing build procedures for SNMP support, currently found at: http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/tutorial/monitor-with-snmp/

      1. Would like to explicitly state the lack of support for SNMP traps
      2. The installation procedures need to be clearer on the requirements for binding to a non-localhost address and defining the network ACL (currently assumes 10.0.0.0/8). This is required to prevent false positive issues when validating the SNMP configuration with remote monitoring tools
