Hi,
I think the following sentence should be rephrased:
"Kill the current operation (see db.killOp()). The partial index will be deleted."
"Partial indexes" mean sth different (see [1]); therefore you could use the following sentence:
"Kill the current operation (see db.killOp()). The index that is partially built so far will be deleted."
