Description
It seems a fairly reasonable use case for someone to want to minimise load between sync-ing nodes by throttling bandwidth.
Mongo does not support this out of the box, but it can be done through external controls (iptables for example). There is a large possibility to get QOS type controls wrong and therefore get a detrimental effect, so specific rules are probably not required. Rather, something to point people in the right direction when they have this need would be useful.
