When looking at the Delete User section of https://docs.cloud.mongodb.com/tutorial/manage-users/, I noticed that the instructions were targeted at users that have Admin access to Cloud Manager which none of our customers have.

The doc should instruct the user to go to:

• To view users, click the Settings tab and then Users page.
• Click on the cog next to the users name and select Delete User
