This is present in 1.6 and earlier, as well as Cloud Manager. It is still important for people to be able to find out what commands the Monitoring Agent will be running on their monitored MongoDB instances.

This was likely removed when the rest of the "Monitoring Reference" was removed/superseded. While the rest of the content on that page was relocated/reworked, the "Database Commands Used by the Monitoring Agent" section was not.
It should be reinstated (and corrected, see DOCS-5242) at some appropriate location.
