Add note about $indexStats limitations in <3.2.2

      As per SERVER-22048 (fixVersion 3.2.2) index access stats are not recorded for $match & mapReduce so the $indexStats information may be misleading.

      This seems a notable caveat to mention in the documentation so users do not decide to drop "unused" indexes based on incomplete information.
