We need to add documentation for the debug info added under SERVER-18468. There are two new flags, fromMultiPlanner and replanned, which will appear in the slow query log and in the system.profile collection. I'm not sure whether or not we document slow query log lines, but we definitely need to update the page on the format of profiling entries:
