Background:  So, this ticket was created when :option:`–blah` would link randomly to a program with that option.  Which caused the random link problem mentioned in this ticket.

Scope:  Update the options on the audit cong page page so that the audit options goes to  the mongod options.

The audit cmdline arguments are defined on the `mongos` program documentation page.
I believe these, since they can also be set at `mongod` level, should be placed somewhere else.

They are currently being linked from the audit configuration tutorial page to the `mongos` page.
