On the docs that have passed EOL (2.2), there is the blue notification banner warning users that it's old.

Can we:

1. Add the following copy to that banner (versions affected: 2.2):
"This version of the manual is no longer supported. Learn more about upgrading your version of MongoDB."
2. Add a similar banner to newer versions saying EOL is coming soon (versions affected: 2.4, 2.6):
"This version is approaching end of life. Learn more about upgrading your version of MongoDB."
