      versus
      https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/tutorial/install-mongodb-enterprise-on-red-hat/

The former has little to say about installing from Tarball, where as the latter goes to the trouble of enumerating and helping to solve the dependencies that need to be present. Many of the same dependencies exist on the community version, so it would be nice if these instructions could be made equivalent.

I suspect this is a holdover from 2.6 where the dependency list for community was so short it rarely caused any issues. Today, SSL is present in every build so it (at least) always creates a dependency.

I think the same issue occurs with other *nix OS we have manual install instructions for.
