      Needs serverSelectionTimeoutMS (supported by all drivers since Server Discovery and Monitoring Spec) and heartbeatFrequencyMS (supported by all single-threaded drivers since Server Discovery and Monitoring Spec, supported by multi-threaded drivers as well since SPEC-473).

      Read preferences docs need updating too.
