Enterprise installation instructions don't explain how to upgrade from community

      I don't see anywhere where we explicitly call out that the Enterprise version of MongoDB is a drop-in replacement for the community edition. Even though there essentially is no upgrade process, it could be reassuring for our users to state exactly what the upgrade process entails on the install enterprise page.
