Description
The documentation should be updated to reflect the changes for Mongo 3.2 Server with C# driver v 2.2.4. It currently says that CR is the only supported mechanism but the said version of the driver works with SCRAM-SHA1. The code snippet should also be updated to show the use of MongoCredential.CreateCredential to create SCRAM-SHA1 credentials
