Include references to "backup" and "restore" roles in mongodump/mongorestore docs

      We have had a few customers run into issues when trying to do mongodump/restore with global "readWrite" roles when profiling is enabled and they attempt to dump the system.profile collection.

      The "backup"/"restore" roles exist as a solution for this but they are not documented on the tools pages.
