write doc for Atlas regarding lack of stop/pause status

      We've had a few customers contact us regarding why they cannot "pause" or "Stop" Atlas Clusters.

      This is a tricky one to word into documentation but i suppose a simple:

      "Atlas clusters or individual nodes not capable of being paused or stopped. Atlas clusters have only create and terminate statuses capable of being invoked by the user."
