Document that extra_info.heap_usage_bytes has incorrect information

      See SERVER-25990. The extra_info.heap_usage_bytes field has incorrect information whenever the system is using more than 2 GB of memory, which is to say, usually. We should either 1) remove this section, 2) note the inaccuracy, or 3) mark it deprecated.
