Atlas users can select the MongoDB version of the cluster

      When MongoDB 3.4 is release, Atlas users will be able to:


      • Choose the MongoDB version in the "Build Your New Cluster" modal.
      • Upgrade a cluster from v3.2 to v3.4.


      Though this is for Atlas, I'm adding the ticket to the OM 3.4 epic because it's tied to the 3.4 suite.
