Make master ruby driver docs version 2.4.0.rc0 and another section for 2.3.0 and for 2.2.0

      Hi Docs team

      The "current" Ruby driver docs should be 2.4.0.rc0 and there should be a section for the 2.3.0 and 2.2.0 docs.
      We have branches "2.3.0-stable" and "2.2.0-stable" you can pull the 2.3.0 and 2.2.0 section docs from.

      Is this something I can do myself or do you need to do it? Let me know, thanks!
