MongoDB docs suggest:

Select Atlas admin, which provides all the roles for a MongoDB admin user for the Atlas group’s clusters,

The role itself is a custom role and does not include many admin privileges which in normal scenario would be obvious for an admin to have. This triggers confusion about what all operations the user is allowed to perform with the Atlas admin role.
