Document how to copy an entire cluster over to new hardware

      As discussed in HELP-2969, the procedure for copying a cluster from one set of hardware to another set of hardware is not documented. For example, a customer may want to copy an entire production cluster to a test environment. Currently, we document how to "migrate" a cluster to different hardware here, but this is different than copying a cluster to completely new hardware.

      dmitry.agranat has mentioned that he has tested a procedure for this, and can provide further information on the steps required.
