Hi Docs team

The Ruby driver 2.3.0 docs are linked here but give a 404 here. The docs also need to be built for version 2.4.0.rc1 and 2.3.1 but I get an error when I try to build them:

I think it's because I'm trying to build a version smaller than the latest (2.3.1 < 2.4.0.rc1)
