Starting with OpsManager 2.0.0 there are some very useful diagnostic archives which can be collected. It would be good to see some reference here describing how to gather such data.
- The group diagnostic package. The diagnostic package can be found in ADMIN (the ADMIN panel that is accessible in the top right corner of your Ops Manager UI) > Groups then clicking your group name.
- The Global Diagnostic Archive: The diagnostic archive can be downloaded from the "Admin" section on the "System Overview" page, clicking on any of the two archive versions ".zip" or "tar.gz".
Prior to OpsManager 2.0 the following can be collected:
