For deployments on Windows, the recommended procedure is to use the same MongoDB user for the Automation Agent, Backup Agent and Monitoring Agent. This user should be granted the roles required by the Automation Agent: clusterAdmin, dbAdminAnyDatabase, readWriteAnyDatabase, restore, userAdminAnyDatabase on the admin database. If separate MongoDB users for each Agent are required, each user must be created manually in every MongoDB instance in the deployment.
