Clarify what "unsupported" means in driver and server compatibility tables

      I shared the following with allison.moore in Slack and she suggested I open a ticket to discuss further:

      I think we should have some copy on this page to clarify what "supports" means on the driver compatibility tables. I hear comments from users quite often where they're worried the driver won't even connect to an unsupported server version when it's usually just that we aren't officially testing against those versions, do not provide technical support for reported issues, nor do we guarantee that server features are fully supported with nice APIs.

      We obviously still want to encourage users to upgrade to supported driver versions, but I think we can address some FUD about "unsupported" here and outline what caveats they may experience.

      Note: this is just about drivers not supporting a MongoDB server version. When it comes to driver and language compatibility, unsupported often means that users can't operate the driver at all (e.g. doesn't compile, uses syntax or libraries not available in older versions).
