Installation manual for MongoDB 3.4 for Windows still refers to 3.2

      The current (3.4) documentation page for installing MongoDB on Windows:
      https://docs.mongodb.com/manual/tutorial/install-mongodb-on-windows/

      Contains references number to MongoDB 3.2 still.

      If users were to have both versions (3.2 and 3.4) in their Windows OS, they may accidentally run/setup an incorrect version if they were to copy/paste the instructions.
      i.e. 

      "C:\Program Files\MongoDB\Server\3.2\bin\mongod.exe" --config "C:\Program Files\MongoDB\Server\3.2\mongod.cfg" --install
