Description
If upgrading, it is required that the previous version is uninstalled (on Windows).
While attempting to install they will receive a message "An earlier version of MongoDB Ops Manager is already installed. In order to upgrade, you must first uninstall the existing version before running this installer package".
Additional step:
You will need to utilize "Add and Remove Programs" or the "Programs and Features" option in the Microsoft Windows control panel. From here you should see MongoDB Ops Manager under "Name". Click on "Uninstall" and follow any prompts on the screen.
