MongoDB 3.0 thp script does not disable khugepaged/defrag

      Hi,

      The fix for DOCS-5430: Transparent Huge pages script does not disables khugepaged/defrag, the updated script, is not present on the MongoDB 3.0 docs, while it's correct in the 3.2 and 3.4 docs:
      https://docs.mongodb.com/v3.0/tutorial/transparent-huge-pages/

      Please align the script to the one listed in the 3.2 and 3.4 doc pages.
