CM caveats and warnings

Suggest adding additional caveats and warnings to the automation faq: https://docs.cloudmanager.mongodb.com/faq/#automation-faqs

Specifically, the CM/OM UI will allow you to push server parameters for:

• Converting to at-rest-encryption (KMIP)
• Converting to directoryPerDb
• Converting to encrypted storage
• Converting to smallFiles

However some of these changes require a rolling resync, which is not supported by the automation agent for these options. The result is either the options are silently ignored or cause downtime.
