Document sh.enableAutoSplit() and sh.disableAutoSplit() in 3.4

      It seems we've added two shell helpers sh.enableAutoSplit() and sh.disableAutoSplit() in MongoDB 3.4. Can you help to document these two methods?

      Removed --noAutoSplit option and replaced with document in the form: {{autosplit: { enabled: <true | false> }}} in config.settings (already done)

      Also added shell helpers.
