Make it obvious that only 1 mongod per host/vm is recommended

      I've been looking in our production/architecture/developer guides and I have been unable to find "official" recommendations from MongoDB that customers should be running a single instance of mongod per host/vm.

      Can we update the production notes to reflect this?
