New UI does not have task history on task details page

      Compare to old UI which has task history on left.

      1) No way to browse easily to older or newer versions.

      2) No way to easily see when failures began or ended, if task is flaky at a glance.

      The task history should address any edge cases (e.g., EVG-7579) with display tasks.
