EVG-13365, tasks in patch details where the patch status is 'fail' and the base status is 'success' are sorted to the top. Once EVG-14047 is fixed, tasks where patch status is 'task timed out' and base status is 'success' will also be sorted to the top in the same section as the failed tasks.
To complete the general theme of surfacing tasks where the patch has a 'bad state' and the base has a 'good state', it would be great to also float tasks with system failed/setup failed statuses in the patch and success in the base to the top, above tasks where both the patch and the base have a 'bad' state. Sorting these to the top would be consistent with how the legacy UI sorts these tasks (link to patch build here):
