      Description

Presently, the blue toggle settings on Lobster are sticky across browser sessions, but aren't stored in the page URL. Filters, and filter-local settings, e.g., match vs. inverse match, are stored in the page URL.

There are certain blue toggle settings, such as Filter Logic, which correspond directly to settings included in the page URL. Therefore, a user receiving a link to filtered logs may encounter confusion if their local settings don't match what the sender intended.

We should evaluate which currently sticky settings make more sense to be stored in the URL, and proceed with the changes if any.
