Use the same Lobster deployment for mongodb-mongo-* logs and other logs

    Description

      This change will allow mongodb-mongo-* projects to use the new line-sharing feature introduced in EVG-14188.

      the lobster links on this page (https://spruce.mongodb.com/task/mongodb_mongo_master_enterprise_rhel_80_64_bit_dynamic_required_jsCore_patch_7f88224e8248ad30bcbe86a81a46a193b081db9c_609ac299850e6159b65c28df_21_05_11_17_45_30/tests?execution=0&sortBy=STATUS&sortDir=ASC) should have a base url of evergreen.mongodb.com instead of logkeeper.mongodb.org. it could be easier to maintain if we do this transformation client side instead of change backend filed configurations here (https://github.com/mongodb/mongo/blob/master/buildscripts/resmokelib/config.py#L53) to sort it out
