      Description

When looking at a large log file (on the scale of 1,000,000 lines) today, Jonathan Balsano and I noticed that scrolling visible lines felt unresponsive, in that trying to do so with a mouse wheel bumps against the top or bottom of the visible section, kind of like if you reached the top or bottom and there are no more lines to load. However lines do load a couple seconds later.

I can reproduce with https://john-liu.s3.amazonaws.com/mongodb-logfiles_atlas-u8fzxa-shard-0-node-0_2021-07-07T2204Z.tar.gz by scrolling to the bottom of the log then trying to scroll up
