      Description

Since we might start pods with multiple containers, it would be helpful to keep track of each container's ARN. For example , if one container's state changes within a pod, there should be a way of knowing that.

The container ARN will have to be associated with the container name so that users can call (ECSPod).Resources and map the container's ARN back to the original container definition that created it.

The container-specific resources (e.g. secrets, repository credentials) will have to be restructured to be per-container rather than global to the entire pod.
