UC1:

As an engineer using legacy evergreen ui to view a performance enabled patch or mainline version

When I visit the top level page for a specific patch/version

Then I should have a section available called "Performance Discovery (Beta)" that provides a simple way to get to performance discovery in Kanopy

UC2:

When I click into a build level view

Then I should have a section available called "Performance Discovery (Beta)" that provides a simple way to get to performance discovery in Kanopy

Acceptance Criteria:

Section should be below manifest with title "Performance Discovery"
Section should provide a clickable graphic that launches the kanopy discovery in its own view.
URL launched should include the patch/version id and be of the format:

Section should be above "Build History" with title "Performance Discovery"
Section should provide a clickable graphic that launches the kanopy discovery in its own view.
URL launched should include the patch/version id and be of the format:

Section should be below "Files" with title "Performance Discovery"
Section should provide a clickable graphic that launches the kanopy discovery in its own view.
