Switching from legacy UI to new UI for a host leads to wrong URL

There's a typo in the URL leading from the legacy host page to the Spruce one (it puts /hosts/host_id> in the URL instead of /host/<host_id>).

To reproduce, go to any legacy UI host page (like this) and click "Open Page in the New UI".
