      If/when libmongoc removes support for Cyrus SASL on Windows (CDRIVER-5514), PHPC will need to do the same.

      Note: config.w32 has a longstanding todo item to replace Cyrus SASL with native GSSAPI (SSPI). If necessary, that work can be considered alongside removal of Cyrus SASL to preserve functionality.
