DSC suites with at least two nodes in a replica set that run prepareTransaction explicitly can currently time out running validation on secondaries where seemingly validate gets stuck waiting on a prepare conflict indefinitely, despite the transaction resolving. This ticket tracks investigating the root cause so those tests can be re-enabled in those suites.
