Automate keeping crypt_shared library sbom up to date

      For the sbom found in src/mongo/db/modules/enterprise/src/fle/lib/sbom.json we built the crypt_shared library and found the third-party libraries included in the build by looking at the /build/cached/third_party directory. 

      We should investigate a way to keep this sbom updated via automation.
